14-day change-of-mind returns
Request a change-of-mind return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, not installed and in their original packaging. Return freight is paid by the customer and a restocking fee may apply. Special orders, clearance and installed items can't be returned for change of mind. Faulty items are covered under Australian Consumer Law.

Must be installed by a licensed electrician where required. Installation instructions should be followed before energising.
